EDIT:I guess I cant really change it with out re-submitting. Well hopefully this stays up.

I actually just used a 2-5 pixel airbrush for the stars, then ran my eraser at 50 Opacity at random parts. I also Downloaded lots of "star" brushes. They just didnt seem right to me.
