I'm sorry to tell you that your wall will not be restored to the gallery. The reason for its deletion was due to its extremely poor quality. The scan was poorly extracted since you have only extracted around it and the edges are very messy. The bg too is of poor quality as you have cut clouds off a stock photo and enlarged it. It's messy and not clean at all. You can also see a clear distinction between where the clouds were cut and the monotone bg. You will also need to do much more work in the bg than just using black brushes for the ground. It shows low effort and very low quality.

This is the reason for the deletion of your wallpaper. Now that I have answered the complaint, I will delete your post from the Complaints Thread.
